
Join us in the church activity center (original sanctuary) every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am to 10:00am for light movement activities. You do not need to be a Calvary member to attend. Bring your water bottle and get moving with us!
Mondays: Stretching & Pickleball (we just hit the ball back and forth for movement and to learn basic play)
Wednesdays: YouTube workouts including 10,000 steps, light Pilates, step aerobics, etc.
Fridays: Players choice
*There is an outdoor basketball court and large parking lot area you are welcome to use for movement activities during this time as well.
